We were very happy when Jen reached out to us to do a newborn lifestyle session. We photographed Jen and Kieran’s wedding so we were really excited to see them again and meet their baby, Sophie.
One of the favourite parts of our job is being able to see many of our wedding couples again when they have a baby. We love being able to catch up with them and meet their babies. It really means a lot to us when they want us to again capture such a special time in their lives. We love being able to do lifestyle newborn sessions for them to document the earliest of days at home with their baby. Someday it will not only be incredibly special for them to look back at the photos but also their child. How fun it will be for him or her to see what it looked like in their home soon after they came home from the hospital. Often, we try to get photos in the living room, parents’ bedroom and the baby’s room so mom, dad and child can someday see where they spent a lot of their time during their first days at home together.
