We had an amazing time with Lindsey and Tyler when we did their engagement session in Guelph. They first booked us as their wedding photographers when we were away travelling in South Africa. Elfreda and I didn’t get to actually meet them in person until a few months later. We met for coffee so we could get to know each other before we did their engagement session. It quickly felt like we were catching up with good friends and ended up talking about our shared love for craft beer and many other non-wedding related things, too. After that meeting, we were really looking forward to both their engagement session and their wedding day. We knew they were going to be a lot of fun to work with. Lindsey and Tyler’s engagement shoot were equal parts fun and romantic. They quickly became very natural in front of the camera and had a lot of fun with each other. Clearly so in love with each other and best friends. It brought smiles to our faces and warmed our hearts capturing the two of them. We often head home after a couple’s session feeling energized about life and love when we work with a couple that is so obviously in love and so much fun that it effects the people around them. Lindsey and Tyler were definitely one of those couples. They had a late spring engagement session at the Guelph Arboretum and the evening flew right by. So much fun!!! We’ve already photographed their beautiful Elora Mill winter wedding. We’ll be posting photos from their wedding day soon.
