Elfreda and I had an incredible time capturing Brandi and Steve’s wedding day. It was definitely one of the most fun weddings we’ve ever photographed. Brand and Steve were without a doubt one of the most fun couples we’ve ever worked with, if not the most fun. And as wedding days goes this one was as close to perfection as you could get. If you can’t tell by now, we really loved being their wedding photographers and documenting their gorgeous wedding day at Whistle Bear Golf Club in Cambridge. It sure didn’t hurt that they had their ceremony and reception at Whistle Bear as it is one of our favourite wedding venues. We love each and every Pearle wedding venue for different reasons but this is one of them that we especially love. Brandi and Steve said their ‘I do’s’ in the beautiful Garden Chapel and celebrated the night away in the The Grandview Room & Terrace. It’s always been a beautiful reception room but it’s been newly renovated since Brandi & Steve’s wedding took place there. Brandi & Steve had an early summer wedding at Whistle Bear and it couldn’t have been a more perfect day of weather. We had a clear sunny sky in the evening and absolutely gorgeous soft golden light at sunset. The kind of sunset light we always dream of having for all our couples to be able to create stunning sunset portraits for them. Unfortunately, we don’t always get a clear sky in the evening for Elfreda to be able to do her magic with the golden light she loves to work with. This was one of those perfect summer wedding days though.
