We love photographing weddings at Monthill Golf and Country Club at anytime of the year. Every season brings its own charm and uniqueness to weddings at this beautiful wedding venue. Spring blooms with fresh flowers. Summer offers vibrant greens. Fall paints the landscape with warm colourful leaves on the trees. Winter transforms the venue into a magical winter wonderland. It’s really a perfect venue for your wedding no mater the season.
Located in Caledonia, Ontario, Monthill is just a short drive from places like Hamilton, Ancaster, Brantford, Paris and Cambridge. The estate is full of stunning spots for beautiful wedding portraits. The terrace is particularly breathtaking during sunset and we always get our couples out for golden hour sunset portraits.
On Kaitlyn and Nolan’s wedding day, Monthill looked like a winter dream. The air was crisp and cold, but that didn’t stop them from having an outdoor ceremony on the terrace. Giant patio heaters and cozy coats made it comfortable for everyone. Just as they exchanged vows, soft snow began to fall. It added a special romantic touch, giving them the winter wedding they had envisioned.
Katilyn and Noland were a pleasure to work with. Their happiness was contagious. As we documented their day, we enjoyed capturing real and authentic moments between them and their family and friends. It is one of the things we love most about photographing weddings. We also love creating timeless, classic, romantic portraits for our couples.
