We are finally sharing Ciara and James’ super fun and very romantic engagement session. We do the majority of our engagement shoots in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and surrounding towns and there is no shortage of beautiful locations. This beach engagement shoot captured their love perfectly with good vibes and playfulness that is evident in the photos. You know how you sometimes just click with people? That is exactly what happened with this couple. It was the first time we met in person. James is always smiling and his smile is contagious. He is one of the friendliest, easy-going guys you could ever imagine. He clearly makes Ciara incredibly happy and they have so much fun together. Just being around them makes you happy. As we explored some beautiful spots together, it became very clear that these two were totally in love. You could just see how comfortable they were with each other, laughing and being playful. Perfect for capturing natural and fun portraits. It was like we were hanging out with good friends rather than shooting an engagement session. We got so many beautiful romantic photos of them that show their connection and it was a joy to capture it.
As the sun set, we wrapped up feeling like we had known them for ages. It was a fun evening of shooting, and we left buzzing with excitement, especially knowing that we’d be photographing their winter wedding at Elora Mill, which is a incredibly gorgeous wedding venue by the way. Meeting couples like them make us love being wedding photographers.
